The long anticipated wait has come!
All our bags & quilts are packed and we are more than ready to go! The CUW Show is this Saturday, October 23rd at the Disneyland Hotel in Anaheim California!
We are thrilled and very anxious for this event and look forward to meeting new friends and for the many opportunities that are ahead for us!

One Week Countdown To The CUW Show!
One week from today until we hit the road to the CUW Show at the Disneyland Hotel in Anaheim California!
We are frantically trying to pull ourselves together after a little hic-up with our machine over the last weekend! As always, we've conquered and we're still standing!
We are excited for our adventure and anxious to meet new friends, but most importantly, we're looking forward to our road trip!!

As Promised... Pictures of the Stunning Buggy Barn Christmas Quilt!!
We used the Holly Berries pattern by Anne Bright; Thank you Anne!!
The rich & boldness of these colors are beautiful & create a perfect
mixture for the holidays.
Take a glance at the border that Stacy put together by using scraps from each block to form this perfect border that frames the quilt!
Of course a picture NEVER does a quilt justice, especially this one, but we wanted you all to see how beautiful & stunning this quilt its!

Happy October!!
Happy October friends!!
After a weekend filled with family & fun, we are back at it & ready for a new month!
We have a show coming up in California at the Disneyland Hotel, October 23rd and are looking forward to meeting new people and our exciting road trip!!
We're staying busy creating new quilts for our up-coming show and for clients and yes, we're still having fun!!
We're going to Quilt Fest in Midway this week as well and are excited to learn new things and to enjoy nature in beautiful Midway! Most of all, we're anxious to see the new product lines of fabric and to get a mini glimpse of our road trip! Can you tell we're excited for our road trip in 2 1/2 weeks, but who's counting?!? LOL wait, we are!! LOL

A Terrific Tuesday!!
Good morning friends! What a great weekend it was for us, and we hope it was for you as well!
Our shopping extravaganza was all that and then some!! There is nothing better than being a bargain shopper and with fabric at that!! We had a blast & walked away with some SUPER cute fabric and are excited for the quilts that we are going to start creating with our new treasures!
Stacy finished the Christmas quilt this weekend as well! Pictures are coming!! It's absolutely STUNNING!! We can't wait to share! You'll have to let us know what you think about it when we post the pictures!

Let The Weekend Begin!
TGIF everyone & welcome to the long-awaited weekend! We've spent our Friday night chillin to some great tunes and playing with fabric! Stac & I have been up to lots of new & fun things and we wanted to share a few of them with you!
Stacy has been very busy & wrapped up in her new creation of a new Christmas quilt created in her favorite Buggy Barn style, it's on the long-arm machine as we speak and should be done & bound tomorrow, with pictures to come!
We've been picking out fabric from our stash for two new quilts; a Sweet 16 and another Buggy Barn, yes, we're addicted! Yes, of course, we'll provide pictures of those as well!
Tomorrow we'll be visiting a huge sale at one of our favorite wholesalers and we are super excited for our new treasures! Happy shopping to us!! :) Oh wait, I guess to you as well, since this adventure could benefit a lot of you too!!
Until then, we're off to play with more fabric and maybe get some sleep in there somewhere!!

Fallow Field Farm Marketplace
What an incredible weekend it's been for us at Stir Crazy Quilts!
As mentioned in our previous post, today was our show at the Fallow Field Farm Marketplace in Lindon Utah! The weather couldn't have been more cooperative and the people we interacted with couldn't have been more pleasant! A HUGE thank you to Marci & Dave Welcker for their hard work & effort in hosting this event!
This was an event worth attending and you should look for it again next year around this time!
Thank you for all of those who purchased our creations and the support that came our way!

New Beginnings!
As summer comes to a close, and thoughts turn to cooler nights & indoor activities... My business partner, Stacy & I are re-grouping. After watching Julie & Julia, we have been bit by the blogging bug!
With all of the exciting things we have ahead of us, we have decided to make a concerted effort to share!
With a show coming up on Saturday, September 18th at Fallow Field Farms in Lindon, Utah located at 685 West Lakeview Road, we have been busy creating new quilt masterpieces and are anxious to share them with people!
With two more shows coming, one in October & one in November, we are now dedicated to the world of quilting! As we go through the process, we will be sharing our ups & our downs, our ins & our outs, and anything else inbetween!
So, hold on tight... and get ready to live! I know we are!! LOL!!
